How to buy on Todijo
A practical guide from finding a product to receiving support after an order.
Discover and check
Search or browse categories, open the product page and review its description, price, images, available stock, variants and options. Check the seller's displayed identity and professional or private status. Save favourites when signed in.
Cart and payment
Select the required options, add the item to your cart and review quantities and totals. Continue through Todijo's official checkout; payment processing is provided through Stripe where available. Never send card details to a seller in a message.
After checkout
Follow status in Account > Orders and use Todijo messages for product or fulfilment questions. After an eligible purchase, review the product. For delay, non-receipt or another problem, consult Orders and delivery, the Returns policy, or support.
