Additional responsibilities for every seller offering products through Todijo.
Todijo currently operates as a pre-incorporation marketplace project and service, not as an incorporated SAS. Verified company registration, VAT and registered-office details will be added after incorporation.
Todijo requires sellers to declare whether they act professionally or privately and shows that declaration before purchase. This is seller-declared status, not a Todijo identity-verification badge. Applicable consumer rights depend on the seller's legal status and the circumstances.
Sellers act independently from Todijo and must provide truthful identity, contact and, where applicable, business or trader information. Each seller is responsible for determining and disclosing its legal status and for registrations, tax, VAT and invoices required by that status. Todijo must not be represented as the owner or seller of independent inventory.
A seller may list only lawful, safe, authentic products it is entitled to sell. Descriptions, images, condition, variants, price and available stock must be accurate and kept current. Counterfeit, prohibited, restricted, unsafe or rights-infringing products are forbidden. Sellers must hold the necessary rights or permissions for text, brands and images they upload.
Sellers must review and handle orders promptly, package and ship with reasonable care, maintain truthful fulfilment updates, and communicate professionally. They are responsible for product conformity, delivery information and resolving missing, damaged, wrong or misdescribed goods. They must cooperate with legitimate cancellation, return, refund and dispute requests and preserve relevant evidence.
Stripe Connect or related Stripe onboarding may be required to receive marketplace payments. Sellers must keep payment information accurate and comply with Stripe requirements. Commission, subscription, fees and payout timing are only those shown in the active commercial configuration. Sellers remain responsible for their own tax, VAT, accounting and invoice duties according to applicable status and law.
Sellers must not manipulate reviews, pressure buyers or move transactions off-platform to evade safeguards. Todijo may remove listings, limit features, hold platform review, or suspend or terminate access for fraud, unsafe or illegal goods, intellectual-property infringement, repeated fulfilment failures or serious policy breaches. This does not remove either party's mandatory legal rights.
