Practical rules for buying, selling and communicating safely on Todijo.
Todijo currently operates as a pre-incorporation marketplace project and service, not as an incorporated SAS. Verified company registration, VAT and registered-office details will be added after incorporation.
Sellers must truthfully declare whether they act as a professional/trader or a private/non-professional seller. The status is seller-declared unless Todijo expressly confirms a real verification. Listings must accurately state the title, description, images, price, condition, stock, variants and relevant product or safety information.
Illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, rights-infringing or otherwise prohibited products and listings are not allowed. This rule is not an exhaustive catalogue of every restricted product. Sellers remain responsible for lawful products and for providing manufacturer, responsible-person, warning, instruction or other compliance information where applicable.
Use Todijo messaging honestly and respectfully. Fraud, harassment, spam and platform misuse are forbidden. Sellers must process orders honestly and keep stock and fulfilment information accurate. Reviews must concern genuine marketplace experiences and must not be fabricated, purchased or manipulated.
Users can report products or listings as illegal, unsafe, misleading, prohibited or for another supported reason. Todijo may review available information and, where justified under these rules or the Terms, restrict or remove content or seller access. A platform review is not an automated legal determination.
These practical rules do not replace statutory consumer rights, the Marketplace Terms, Seller Terms or Refund/Return Policy. Rights may differ depending on whether the seller is legally a trader or a private person.
