Rules for using Todijo as a buyer, seller or visitor.
Todijo
Todijo currently operates as a pre-incorporation marketplace project and service, not as an incorporated SAS. Verified company registration, VAT and registered-office details will be added after incorporation.
Scope, accounts and eligibility
Todijo provides a marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, the independent seller—not Todijo—is the seller and controls its inventory. Users must be legally able to use the service, provide accurate information, secure their credentials and promptly report unauthorised access.
Listings, orders, prices and payments
Sellers are responsible for lawful, accurate listings, prices, variants and stock. An order is subject to availability and the applicable seller's acceptance and fulfilment. Stripe processes checkout and seller payment services where configured; Todijo does not receive full card details. Fees, taxes and payout arrangements are governed by the actual checkout and seller configuration, not invented by these terms.
Conduct, communications and content
Users must not commit fraud, evade security, misuse personal data, manipulate reviews, interfere with the service, sell prohibited goods or infringe intellectual-property rights. Messages, listings, images and reviews must be truthful, lawful and relevant. Users retain rights in their content while permitting Todijo to display and technically process it to operate and promote the marketplace.
Orders, problems and responsibilities
Buyers must check order details and cooperate on delivery or issue evidence. Sellers remain responsible for fulfilment, product conformity, customer communication and remedies required by law. Todijo may facilitate messages, issue review and platform enforcement, but does not replace a seller's legal duties. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms or by an internal order status.
Access, availability, privacy and disputes
Todijo may restrict or suspend accounts or content for security, illegality, serious misuse or policy breaches, with proportionate review where appropriate. The service may change or be interrupted, and liability is not excluded where law forbids exclusion. Privacy and cookies are governed by the dedicated notices. Contact Todijo through the support address below for platform disputes. Material policy updates will be published; continued use cannot remove mandatory rights.
