Getting established
Create a seller account, declare professional/trader or private/non-professional status, configure the store profile and provide accurate identity and professional details. Add VAT information only where applicable to you.
Build trustworthy listings
Use accurate titles, descriptions and images; set prices, stock, variants and options; and provide required product safety, manufacturer and responsible-person details. Follow Marketplace rules and Seller terms.
Run the store
Monitor and fulfil orders, keep buyers informed through Todijo messages, handle reviews and applicable return/refund requests, and report disputes through available support routes. Complete Stripe onboarding for payment services and review revenue in the dashboard; no fixed payout schedule is promised here.
Protect the account
Keep credentials private, review privacy and cookie controls, and maintain accurate store and seller information. Use support for access, payment, security or reporting problems.
